Payton Molleur
Payton is a rising senior at Wheaton College, MA, studying economics and political science, and working on an honors thesis focused on the effects of tax incentives from the Inflation reduction Act in influencing household energy consumption habits. He enjoys working with data and conducting meaningful research into public policy issues, and hopes to continue doing so after graduating from Wheaton.
Growing up in Walden VT, Payton was always close to nature and loves to spend his free time hiking, swimming, and biking when he’s not playing the trombone. He is excited to spend the summer conducting research on the future of the transmission and distribution (T&D) grid in Vermont.
