This Leveraging Change Speaker Series event in Montpelier will provide information and a conversation about the challenges and benefits to ensuring new housing in Vermont is clean, energy-efficient, and cost-effective.

The panel discussion will run from 5-6 p.m. with time for networking both before and afterwards. Registration is free.

Panelists

Kathy Beyer, EverNorth, Senior Vice President – Real Estate Development | Kathy directs real estate development activities and works with Evernorth’s developer and project management team to successfully bring impactful affordable housing projects to a closing and completion.

Bob Duncan, AIA, Duncan Wisniewski Architecture, Founding Principal | Bob formed Duncan Wisniewski Architecture in 1985 with Michael Wisniewski, and they have successfully completed hundreds of projects in the intervening years, including over 500 units of affordable housing through their work with various non-profit housing developers in Vermont.

Richard Faesy, Energy Futures Group, Principal | As a Certified Energy Rater, LEED Accredited Professional, and DOE Home Energy Score Assessor, Richard specializes in residential buildings, technologies and markets, with expertise in residential new construction and retrofits, energy rating and labeling, building codes, financing, green building, the integration of renewables and energy efficiency, and effective energy efficiency policy, program design and implementation.

Li Ling Young, Efficiency Vermont, Senior Energy Consultant | Li Ling has more than 20 years of experience working on residential energy efficiency in Vermont. She is passionate about helping Vermonters live in affordable, healthy zero energy homes.
