Speakers Sue Minter, Executive Director of Capstone Community Action and Neale Lunderville, President &amp; CEO of VGS both served as Chief Recovery Officers after Tropical Storm Irene, and spoke from their experience in that role, as well as their observations of the current flood recovery efforts.
