The EAN Clean Heat Working Group held 3 Informational and Input Sessions December 1, 2, and 6 2022. These sessions started with a half hour presentation to give background information, followed by 45 minutes of small group conversations and reporting out.
Background Presentation from December 2
Key themes from the conversations
People came to the meeting for one of 3 reasons, to learn more about the Clean Heat Standard bill, to express concerns (primarily about equity and the use of biofuels, but also about the impact on small fossil fuel companies, the capacity of the PUC to do this work, and or the need for more information and communication for the public), or because they support a Clean Heat Standard and want to see one passed in 2023.
