Ellie Curtis participated in EAN’s summer 2021 intern cohort. She joined EAN as a rising senior at Dartmouth College (Dartmouth 2022), where she studies Government and Environmental Policy. She has long been passionate about Vermont politics and climate leadership. In a previous internship for the co-chair of the Just Transitions Subcommittee as a part of Vermont’s Climate Council, she conducted research into Vermont equity programming and peer state’s approaches to an equitable transition away from fossil fuels, and is excited to continue working towards the state’s climate targets.

During her time at EAN, Ellie conducted a study on equitable uptake of electric vehicles and Vermont and distribution of incentives.
